Active Learning Centers has partnered with Miller-Keystone Blood Center to do a blood drive on Thursday, March 22nd.

There are 23 time slots available for donors to choose from. The event will be held at our Fogelsville Location from 1:00pm-4:00pm. Please sign up prior to the donation day. Call 610-366-8084 to choose a time slot.

A note from Miller-Keystone Blood Center: “Sponsoring a blood drive is an important community responsibility and requires advance planning to ensure success. Your group’s participation will help us reach the daily goal that is needed to support the patients in your community. Thank you for your continued commitment to saving lives. As a result of your efforts, many patients will see another tomorrow.”

Movie Night 3/23

Drop off your kids at our Fogelsville location for our next Friday Movie Night on January 27th! Movie Nights are held on Fridays once a month from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Join us for a ton of fun as we play games on the mat like dodgeball and turtle tag, eat pizza, and watch a movie! It’s a great opportunity for Mom and Dad to have some quiet time together. Children must be at least 5 years old to participate in movie night.

Cost is $20 for one child, $35 for two children in a family, and $45 for three children in a family. Click here to see the future dates. Call 610-366-8084 to register and recieve film titles.

Iron Pigs Game 4/11

Once again we will be participating on Martial Arts night at the Iron Pigs game!

The date of the game is April 11th. The demo team will be performing as part of the pregame show!

The cost of Tickets is $10. Click here for an order form. Orders must be turned in by Friday, March 9th in order to reserve your spot.

This event will be held on Saturday, March 3rd at the Emmaus Location.

10:00am – 11:00am child class: $32 per child

11:00am – 12:00pm adult class: $34 per adult

(this price includes the cost of 5 boards)

The 6th Annual SnowBlast Winter Festival will take place throughout Emmaus on Friday February 3. February is the perfect time to bundle up and head to Emmaus to have a blast … a SnowBlast! The festival schedule is packed with free, community-wide events.

The winter season is an exhilarating time of year to enjoy a blast of outdoor activity and experience cool shopping, art demonstrations, cozy coffee shops, and dining.

Lehigh Valley Martial Arts will be a part of the fun by bringing you Asian drums demonstrations, tai chi classes, and a chance to learn how to do calligraphy!

Drums: 5:00, 6:00, 7:00

Tai Chi: 5:15, 6:15, 7:15

Calligraphy: 5:30, 6:30, 7:30

Movie Night Under the Stars 7/29 (Rescheduled due to rain for 8/12)

Here’s your chance to have a great night with your family! Lehigh Valley Martial Arts and Macungie Pool present to you our first Movie Night Under the Stars!

It will be held on Friday, July 29^th from 7pm-? at the Macungie Pool.

The schedule is as follows:

7-8 Swimming and water games
8-9 Carnival games in the field, DJ and Dancing, LVMA Demo Team
9-? Movie under the stars

Bring your lawn chair and blankets!

Cost for this event is $30.00 per family. All proceeds benefit the Macungie Pool Tile Fundraiser and The Miracle League of the Lehigh Valley.

All children must be accompanied by and supervised by an adult. Active Learning Centers will not be providing child care at the event.

Family Fun Day 8/6

Come join us for our 7^th annual Family Fun Day! This year’s Family Fun Day will be held on August 6^th at ALC Breinigsville from 12-4pm.

The event will include Bouncing, Dunk Tank, Carnival Games, Snack Bar, Hay Rides, DJ, Martial Arts Demo, Parkour Demo, Bake Sale, Sand Art, Balloon Animals, Raffle Baskets, etc. Plenty to do for every member of your family!

All proceeds from the event will benefit The Miracle League of the Lehigh Valley, and the Macungie Pool. Have a great time while supporting a great cause!
